Iam with Hartford for almost 7 years and have never had a problem. although No major accidents, but once i had a cracked windshield from a rock kicked up by a truck in front of me.and the best part of it claims were handled quickly, easily and professionally. My only complaint is that over the years, my premium keeps creeping up. and i discovered that I can get the same coverage from a number of companies at a significantly lower rate....

I would like to advice the company that its better that they don't provide us the additional facilities if they don't feel to provide us the basic facilities of our insurance policies. If we are paying for our peace of mind then as a reliable insurance company its their duty to fulfill our basic needs for which we pay such a high premium....

Its customer service is just great. I was treated very generously at the time when I was searching for a good insurance company which would fulfill my needs. It was their performance that impressed me to buy a policy from them. And now I am happy. After getting my house insured from them, fire broke down in my house. I could have incurred a great loss but Hartford Insurance covered all of it. The representatives of the company are very good at their work and very much co-operative. I was saved from such a huge loss by Hartford. I am very thankful to them....
