Summary
From my point of view its performance is satisfactory. I have some problems with Prudential, but I think every company has some weak points, and searching a company which doesn't have any back logs is highly impossible. So I personally feel that Prudential insurance is good at its work, but they can try a little more to improve....

Its been around five years since I have joined this company and I am very satisfied with its service. Prudential helped me save $350 6 months back on my car insurance. Prudential is one of the insurance companies who very well knows the value of hard earned money. My relation with Prudential was very profitable to me last year....
