I am with Principal Finanacial for almost 10 years and have never had a problem. No major accidents, but I have had a strike which cracked my windshield from a rock kicked up by a jeep in front of me. Both claims were handled quickly, easily and professionally. My only complaint is that over the years, my premium keeps increasing. ...

It is increasing its rate at a very fast speed. This should not be the strategy of doing busines. In every two months they increase the premium rates by 1.5%. To compete with other companies Principal Financial should not trouble their customers. Instead they should try to improve their quality of service....

I am a business owner and I very much understand the situation of a business without a good insurance company and policy.
