Firemans Fund

Firemans Fund is an Insurance company which was established in 1863; today it is one of the largest Insurance companies operating throughout the country. It has 61 branches in 26 states and through the help of Puerto Rico it operates in all the states of the country. Firemans Fund is basically divided into three units like Commercial Business, personal Insurance and Casualty. It also has got the Excellent A rating from A.M Best, A1 from Standard and Poor's A2 ratings from Moody's. Firemans fund also acquired Allianz in 1991, however in the year 2004 it had assets worth more than $11.6 billion. And after associating with Allianz it raised to $3 billion in 1992 to $5 billion in 2004.

Summary
Me and my husband switched our other company to Firemans fund insurance since it was giving us savings of a few hundred dollars for our two vehicles. The Customer Service that was given to us was exceptionally FANTASTIC. After speaking with a few customer service representatives from the company i came to know how helpful they are and also the amount of knowledge they had to give all the required information to the consumer. Customer Service is an important criteria for me when i consider any insurance company and Firemans fund did well in all the departments including coverage and cost....
