Summary
When I claimed the company for my dental insurance 4 months back, I did not expect such a low and down market behaviour. Every other day, I used to go to their office and everytime I was made to give my explain my details to every other agent. One agent takes my interview then he takes with him my insurance details. The other day a new agent with a new form and a new interview. This is not done. I used to pay all my premiums in time and then also I was made to wait to get claim. Its almost 4 months that I am waiting for them to complete their process and give me my converage. ...
